Practice information

To make an appointment, face-to-face or telephone, please book online 24/7 using our easy online booking page. Alternatively, you can contact reception by phone to make a booking.

Please book a longer consultation if you have multiple issues to discuss, so that we can give you the time and attention required.

It is the policy of the clinic that referrals and repeat prescriptions cannot be ordered over the counter at reception.

To access these, you can either make an appointment with a doctor OR make a request within the online booking system (select prescription/referral request). For online requests, we offer a $30 script or referral fee to access medications/specialist referrals without an appointment with a doctor. This option is suitable for long-standing patients who have had long-term medications prescribed by one of our doctors previously. Or for repeat referrals that have been done to the same specialist previously.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your request to be processed.

Note: S8/S4 scripts (sleeping/pain/ADHD) legally always require an appointment.

You can access all pathology and radiology reports on your MyHealth Record. It is the policy of the clinic that test results, or information regarding test results, cannot be given out by reception phone.

A $50 fee applies for missed consultations or cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment. Full fee information is available here
